Who operates this site
Ninja Gets Married by TechInverted is the wedding RSVP and guest concierge experience for Nina & Jason. It is developed and operated by TechInverted for the purpose of managing invitations, RSVP responses, guest support, and wedding communications.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to plan and support the wedding weekend. This may include guest names, household or party membership, contact details, RSVP selections, invited events, dietary notes, allergies, accessibility needs, travel or stay preferences, messages sent through the concierge, and photos or files guests choose to submit.
We also collect limited technical information such as request logs, browser details, timestamps, and invite-token usage so that we can keep the site reliable and protect guest links from abuse.
How we use information
Guest information is used to:
- show the correct invite, schedule, travel, stay, and RSVP pages;
- record attendance, meal, dietary, and accessibility details;
- send wedding-related messages through email, SMS, or WhatsApp;
- answer guest questions through the concierge experience;
- prepare seating, meal counts, event access, and guest support;
- detect errors, secure the platform, and prevent misuse.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data, send messages, and power guest support. These may include hosting, database, authentication, email, WhatsApp Business, analytics, storage, and AI infrastructure providers. Providers only receive the information needed to deliver those services.
WhatsApp and Meta
If you contact us or receive RSVP messages through WhatsApp, message delivery and related metadata may be processed by Meta and WhatsApp according to their own terms and policies. We use WhatsApp for wedding-related communication only.
Guest concierge
The concierge is intended to answer questions about the wedding, travel, stay, visas, schedule, dress code, and related guest guidance. We design it to use guest-relevant wedding information, not unrelated admin data. Conversations may be stored so guests can keep a continuous help history and so the couple can improve guest support.
How long we keep information
Wedding planning information is kept for as long as needed to operate the RSVP platform, support the wedding weekend, resolve follow-up requests, and maintain security records. We may keep anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies a guest.
