User Data Deletion

How guests can ask Ninja Gets Married by TechInverted to delete RSVP, concierge, contact, and submitted guest information.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your guest information, email jason@techinverted.com with the subject line "Ninja Gets Married by TechInverted data deletion request".

Please include enough information for us to find your record:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or phone number used for the invite;
  • your household or party name, if known;
  • the invite link or token, if you have it;
  • which information you want deleted or corrected.

What we can delete

We can delete or anonymize guest records associated with you, including RSVP responses, attendance selections, dietary notes, allergies, accessibility notes, contact preferences, concierge chat history, submitted photos, and uploaded guest files where they are no longer needed for wedding operations or legal/security reasons.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal obligations, backup integrity, or resolving active support requests. When possible, retained records are minimized or anonymized.

Timing

We will acknowledge deletion requests after we receive them and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the details you provide.

Meta app deletion requests

If Meta sends us a user data deletion request for this app, we will process the request according to Meta's app platform requirements and provide a human-readable status or confirmation where applicable. Guests can also use the email process above at any time.
